Peanut Butter & Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk

  • 1 frozen medium banana

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia or hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions
Combine milk, banana, peanut butter, cocoa, chia or hemp seeds (if using) and vanilla in a blender. Puree until smooth
