Peanut Butter & Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ice cubes

  • ¼ cup Soy Milk

  • ¼ cup half & half (can substitute with soy milk)

  • 3 tbsp sugar free, fat free chocolate syrup

  • 3 oz plain nonfat yogurt

  • 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1 pinch chocolate soymilk powder

  • ½ oz Stevia (to taste)


Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until well blended.
