EB Odom is the Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Extension Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Northampton County Center. EB has worked with Extension for 9 years delivering food and nutrition programming to Northampton residents. EB enjoys working with a wide range of groups, providing them with the necessary skills to make informed health decisions.

Through the HED program, EB supports individuals living with diabetes in developing the skills to effectively manage their condition and enhance their overall quality of life. As a Registered Dietitian, EB is passionate about empowering people to make healthier lifestyle choices and guiding them toward long-term wellness.
