Liz Baker is the Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Extension Agent with the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Bertie County Center. Liz has worked with Extension for 6 years delivering food and nutrition programming to Bertie residents. Liz works with all age groups and is passionate about prevention and enjoys helping Bertie residents lead healthy lives.

Through the HED program, Liz supports individuals living with diabetes in developing the skills to effectively manage their condition and enhance their overall quality of life. As a Registered Health Educator, Liz is passionate about empowering people to make healthier lifestyle choices and guiding them toward long-term wellness.
